Sasan founded Nueva Living to make the search for a new home on the Costa del Sol clearer and more focused.
Sasan has spent 17 years in sales, around ten of them in digital as a product manager, ecommerce manager and head of digital. He combines the two to build the Costa del Sol's most user-friendly and advanced portal for new-build property.

The availability list as the seller wrote it
Every home still for sale, with its floor, its built area and its price. Not a starting figure, but the actual range across the actual homes.
Where each figure came from, and when
Every project names the document behind its numbers and the date they were confirmed. Where two documents disagree, we print both and say which said what.
The gaps, left as gaps
If a seller has not issued a floorplan, the page says so rather than estimating. An empty cell is more useful than a number we invented.
What we checked first
Whether the building licence is granted, whether your payments sit behind a bank guarantee, and whether the completion date is contractual or merely indicative.
The trade-offs, in writing
Including the parts that cost you money. Where tax adds six figures to the asking price, that is on the page and not left for the notary to mention.

How We Are Paid
The buyer pays us nothing
We are paid a commission by the developer when a purchase completes. You should know that before you take our advice, which is why it is on this page rather than buried in the small print.
Whether it changes what we show you is not something we can settle by claiming otherwise. Read a project page instead: the empty cells where a seller gave us no figure, the purchase costs added on top of the asking price, the two sources printed side by side when they disagree. That is the evidence, and it is the same on every development we publish.
