What is the difference between off-plan and completed properties?
Off-plan means the development is still under construction and is usually sold with staged payments through to completion. A completed property is ready to view and move into now.

How many homes are available?
The development has sixty homes and five are currently listed as available: Apartments 2, 24 and 33 on the ground floor and the penthouses Apartments 8 and 23 on the third floor, from EUR 567,000 to EUR 881,000.
Is it finished?
The developer’s price list gives delivery as key ready and its quality memorandum of 8 October 2026 says the same. Its February 2023 circular gave 30 November 2024 as the delivery date. We ask for the occupation licence and the energy certificate for the home you choose.
What comes with the price?
Each home includes two parking spaces and a storeroom in the basement. The price list shows a separate equipment figure on top of the price, EUR 31,700 for the two-bedroom homes and EUR 45,000 for the three-bedroom apartment, which we confirm before any reservation.
What do the penthouses have?
Each third-floor penthouse has an open terrace and a rooftop solarium of 94.75 or 97.48 sqm, reached by a private staircase, with a barbecue, a shower with hot and cold water and pre-installation for a jacuzzi.
How far is the beach?
The developer’s February 2023 circular says 350 m to Carvajal beach and its 2025 catalogue says 700 m. We walk the route with you at a viewing.
