How many homes are available?

Is VAT included?
No. The price list states that prices are net and do not include VAT or property transfer taxes. We confirm the taxes and purchase costs in writing.
Are the homes ready?
The developer’s listing says the homes are ready to move in. We ask for the certificate of completion and the first-occupation licence before you reserve.
What is the payment schedule?
The reservation is EUR 20,000, VAT included, and the rest, 100% plus VAT less the reservation, is paid on signing the title deed at the notary.
