How many homes are available?
The building has four homes and three are currently listed: Homes 1, 2 and 3, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments on the first, second and third floors, at EUR 699,000, EUR 699,000 and EUR 749,000 plus VAT. The penthouse is shown as sold.
Is VAT included?
No. The price list states that prices do not include VAT, which it gives as 10%. We confirm the taxes and purchase costs in writing.
Is there parking?
The developer’s dossier says the penthouse includes a garage space and does not say the same of the other homes. We ask whether a space is available and what it costs.
When will it be finished?
The developer’s listing gives the end of the build as the second quarter of 2028 and says the information is subject to change. We ask for the contractual date.
What is the payment schedule?
The reservation is EUR 6,600. Then 30% plus VAT, less the reservation, on the private contract, 20% plus VAT by 15 January 2027 and 50% plus VAT at the notary on completion.
