Branded residences Golden Mile, Marbella
Designed byDolce&Gabbana
Residences designed with Dolce&Gabbana on the Golden Mile of Marbella: five blocks, marble and majolica, and a private club above Puente Romano.
Design Hills Marbella is designed by Dolce&Gabbana in collaboration with Sierra Blanca Estates. It is meant as an enclave of homes and hospitality built around the art of living well, and it takes its direction from the Italian craft the fashion house is known for, “fatto a mano”, made by hand.
The Golden Mile began in 1954, when Prince Alfonso de Hohenlohe started building the Marbella Club Hotel, and it has been a destination for international visitors ever since. Design Hills adds a branded residential address to that history, on a hill above Puente Romano with views over the coast and the Mediterranean.
The concept of luxury is not static: it changes with the rhythms of society.
Echoes of nature
Pristine whites mark the architectural details.
Vibrant greens bring the surrounding landscape into the interiors.
Blues, from sky to sea, run through the ceramics and the stone.
Each block is named after an Italian city. The price list covers blocks 1 to 4; block 5 is not yet on it. Choose a block to see its residences.

Prices exclude VAT (currently 10% for new developments), stamp duty (1.5% of the price in the price list; the rate set in Andalucía is 1.2%) and notary and land registry fees, and are for information only: the developer can change them without notice. Total built area includes the residence’s share of the common areas. For residence 11 in block 3 the price list rounds the interior area to 228 sqm while the floor plan gives 226.22 sqm; we show the floor plan figure.
The interiors are designed with curated furnishings by Dolce&Gabbana, with spacious open floor plans in which living, dining and kitchen flow into one another and open onto terraces and the sea. Master bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the homes include a beauty room, a service room, entertainment rooms and a private studio.
Each hue is chosen to reflect Dolce&Gabbana’s Italian heritage. In the renders that means majolica blue in the kitchens, emerald green in the living rooms and marbles from Brazil, India and Turkey in the bathrooms and the entrance halls.
The stones
A light blue marble with white veining, like clouds in the sky.
Deep blues from cobalt to ultramarine, close to the colour of the sea.
Emerald shading to black, crossed by light veins like the hills around Marbella.
Warm, earthy tones with a strong veined structure, translucent enough to be backlit.
Soft veins that form geometric patterns across a white ground.
The developer plans a private club for the residents, with pools, restaurants, sport and wellness, a children’s club and a retail drive. Additional fees may apply for some amenities, and their upkeep falls to the community of owners.
On the hill above Puente Romano, in the heart of Marbella’s Golden Mile, with the beach, the golf courses and the Marbella Club within a few minutes.

A development of residences on the Golden Mile of Marbella, designed by Dolce&Gabbana in collaboration with Sierra Blanca Estates. It has five blocks named after Italian cities, and its own club with pools, restaurants, a spa and sports courts.
Dolce&Gabbana designed the concept with Sierra Blanca Estates, which develops it. The developer named in the sales documents is Lomas del Sur, S.A., which has a limited right to use the Dolce&Gabbana names and logos. The architecture is coordinated by The One Atelier with Metrogramma, and the interiors are advised by StorageMilano.
The developer’s price list of May 2026 covers nine residences in blocks 1 to 4, from EUR 4,750,000 for a three-bedroom apartment in block 4 up to EUR 17,500,000 for the five-bedroom penthouse. Prices exclude VAT, currently 10%, and stamp duty, which the price list gives as 1.5% (the rate set in Andalucía is 1.2%).
The priced residences have 173 to 421 sqm of interior built area, and 321 to 1,293 sqm of total built area. The total includes the residence’s share of the common areas, so it is larger than the interior and the terrace added together.
The developer says the residences are designed with curated furnishings by Dolce&Gabbana, but that furnishings are included only as far as the purchase agreement provides. We confirm what is included in each price.
The developer has not published a delivery date in the documents we hold. The development is shown in renders and depends on permits and licences, so we confirm the schedule in writing before any reservation.
Infinity and indoor pools, a beach club, restaurants and a bar, a spa, padel and other sports courts, a children’s club, a retail drive and 24-hour security with concierge services. The developer says additional fees may apply for some amenities.
The developer gives 1 minute to King Fahd Palace, 2 to the beach, 3 to Puente Romano, 5 to the Marbella Club and to Puerto Banús, 10 to Marbella centre and 40 to Málaga Airport.
