How many villas are available?
Seven villas make up the development, in two phases. Villas 1 and 3, both in Phase 2, are the released houses at the moment. We confirm the current position with the developer before any viewing.
Is the solarium included in the price?
Yes. The rooftop solarium is an optional floor priced at €149,500 + VAT, and it is included in the quoted prices for both released villas.
When will the villas be finished?
Delivery is expected in Q4 2026. The developer’s sales conditions allow eighteen months from the start of works: fifteen for construction and three for the first-occupation licence.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are quoted excluding VAT. VAT applies to every instalment except the 5% reservation deposit.
How far is the beach?
Cortijo Blanco sits a few streets back from the promenade, and the beach, San Pedro centre and Puerto Banús are all within walking distance.
