Phase 1 · private sales Nagüeles, Marbella
Thirty-three grand-format residences with Armani/Casa interiors, set in 50,000 sqm above Marbella’s Golden Mile.
Elegance lies in harmony, not in excess.
Armani/Casa arose from the curiosity to explore new environments, and from a capacity to imagine subtle exchanges between different sensibilities and cultures. The brand is the practical extension of Giorgio Armani’s aesthetic ideal beyond fashion.
At Armani Residences Marbella that philosophy is translated into architecture, materials, proportions and atmosphere. The interiors are designed by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, which works under the direct supervision of Giorgio Armani, according to the developer.
Drone footage of the plot on Avenida de las Piedras, with the Golden Mile and the sea below and Sierra Blanca behind. The land is still undeveloped.
Nine buildings of four floors are arranged across three terraced rows, aligned with the natural topography. All vehicles are kept below grade, with 116 underground parking spaces and three independent entrances, so the whole surface of the plot is reserved for gardens, open space and quiet.
The developer describes four expressions of the same idea across three types. Every residence has a private pool, and the Armani/Casa bespoke service allows each one to be personalised.
Types and sizes are the developer’s. Floor plans are not yet published.
The first sales phase has begun: ten residences are on sale in phase 1 and four have been sold so far. We do not yet hold a price list or floor plans, so no individual unit or price is listed here.
Figures supplied by the developer’s sales team in October 2026; more information is to follow.
Each interior is conceived as a harmonious whole, where stone, timber, leather and woven fabrics are chosen for the way they mature over time. Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings Mediterranean light into the rooms.
The Armani/Casa bespoke service allows each residence to be personalised in detail, from furniture to spatial layout, while keeping the integrity of the design system. Turn-key delivery is available.
Spaces that flow, noble materials, balanced proportions: a concept conceived to endure.
The development has its own spa, fitness and gathering spaces, so that the wellbeing of a five-star hotel sits inside the gate.
Hydrothermal circuit, 889 sqmA hydrothermal circuit with a hammam and a sauna.
Private treatment rooms and an exterior wellness terrace.
An indoor gym with changing rooms, and an outdoor gym.
A lounge with a pool and a gastrobar for gatherings.
A communal pool, a pitch and putt, a meditation area and mixed-use terraces.
A welcome centre at the entrance to the development.
According to the developer, the project brings together a Marbella developer with four decades in luxury, an architecture studio ranked among the world’s top 100, and the interior design studio of Armani/Casa.
Founded in Marbella in 1986 by Pedro Rodríguez and led today by Carlos (CEO) and Luis (COO). The developer describes itself as a pioneer of branded residences in continental Europe, with EPIC Marbella by Fendi Casa, Karl Lagerfeld Villas and Design Hills by Dolce&Gabbana.
HCP Architecture & Engineering, founded in Málaga in 1986, was named in the WA100 list of the world’s 100 most important architecture firms in 2024 and has more than 3,000 projects in over 40 countries.
Based in Milan and present in 29 countries, under the direct supervision of Giorgio Armani. Complete design work is listed in Miami, Istanbul, Mumbai, London and Beijing.
On Avenida de las Piedras in Nagüeles, elevated above Marbella’s Golden Mile at the foot of Sierra Blanca, with the beach clubs, Puerto Banús and the golf courses a short drive away.
The drive times are the developer’s; where its own sources differ, the range is shown. The map position is set at area level, so the distances on the map, measured by road from that point, are approximate.
Every image of the buildings and interiors is a computer-generated render supplied by the developer. They show the design intent, not the finished building, and the designs, materials and amenities may change. The aerial of Sierra Blanca is a photograph.
